Scope

These terms apply to the Relai OS public website and private-preview product access. By requesting or using access, users agree to use Relai OS only for authorized business workflows and in line with these terms.

Operator

Relai OS is a software product operated by MALDONADO ZAMBRANO JORGE ALFREDO, registered in Ecuador under RUC 1309273769001.

Preview product

Relai OS is a private-preview operating layer for intelligent mail, commercial CRM, AI memory, and connected automation. Preview features may change as the product is tested and prepared for wider release.

Acceptable use

Users should connect only accounts and business data they are authorized to use. Outreach, provider actions, and automation should respect applicable laws, platform policies, and customer permissions.

Connected accounts

Users are responsible for keeping connected accounts, credentials, and provider permissions under their control. Relai OS should use provider access only for requested product features such as mail, calendar, CRM context, and related workflow actions.

Preview limitations

Relai OS is provided during private preview without a broad public service-level commitment. The product may be updated, limited, paused, or changed as part of preview operations.

Public claims

Public product claims must stay grounded in implemented product behavior. Relai OS does not claim completed Microsoft verified publisher approval until that status is verified in the Microsoft consent experience.

Relai OS is the public product and publisher brand. The legal and tax identity for the current operator is MALDONADO ZAMBRANO JORGE ALFREDO, Ecuador RUC 1309273769001.
