Status

This is an initial public privacy notice for Relai OS while the public domain, publisher record, data-retention language, and Microsoft publisher verification are finalized.

Product scope

Relai OS may connect email, calendar, CRM records, contacts, account notes, and AI-assisted workflow context when a user authorizes those services.

Provider data

Provider data should be used only to deliver requested product features such as mailbox access, folder sync, message actions, calendar views, CRM context, and bounded automation. Relai OS should not create fake accounts, fake folders, or fake customer data.

Private preview handling

Private preview access should be coordinated through the publisher channel until domain email and final support processes are configured.

Persistence

User preferences and workflow choices may be stored to preserve product continuity. Examples include reading mode, trusted sender choices, sync range, selected views, and connected account state.
