Privacy notice

Scope

This privacy notice explains how Relai OS handles information during its private preview. It applies to the Relai OS public website, access requests, and authorized use of Relai OS product modules.

Operator

Relai OS is operated by MALDONADO ZAMBRANO JORGE ALFREDO, registered in Ecuador under RUC 1309273769001.

Information we may process

Relai OS may process account contact details, access-request messages, email and calendar metadata, message content, CRM records, contacts, notes, preferences, workflow choices, and AI-assisted account context when a user authorizes or provides that information.

Connected services

When a user connects a provider such as Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365, Relai OS uses authorized access only to deliver requested features such as mailbox access, folder sync, message actions, calendar views, CRM context, and bounded automation.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the product, respond to access and support requests, maintain account continuity, improve private-preview workflows, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations. Relai OS does not sell private-preview user data.

Storage and retention

Product data and preferences may be stored for continuity while the private preview is active. Examples include reading mode, trusted sender choices, sync range, selected views, connected account state, CRM records, and support history. Deletion or access requests can be sent to privacy@relai-os.com.

Service providers

Relai OS may rely on infrastructure and communication providers for hosting, domain email, access-request intake, and connected account workflows. Those providers are used only to support the service and related communications.

Security posture

Relai OS is built around authorized accounts and review-first workflows. It should not create fake accounts, fake folders, fake customer data, or unsupported provider states.
